Returns and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, contact us at info@northnavyatelier.com. Our customer service team is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM ET, and we aim to respond within 24 hours.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with their original tags attached and in their original packaging. Both defective and non-defective items can be returned.

How to Start a Return

Email info@northnavyatelier.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your request is accepted, we’ll send you the return address and instructions. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can match the return to your order.

Return Costs

If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind or need a different size, you’re responsible for return shipping and any customs or import duties on the return shipment. You’ll receive a refund of the full item price.

If your item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover the return costs and offer a free replacement or a full refund.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different size or item, email us to start a return and tell us what you’d like instead. You can also check our Size Guide or contact our team for help choosing a size.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@northnavyatelier.com. We’ll resolve the issue with a free replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to make the refund visible in your account.
